The Healing Zone Experience
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a science-based practice.
The feet have around 7000 nerve endings that form reflexes which correspond to all organs, glands, and tissues in the body.
The goal is to encourage the release of blockages in the reflexes while stimulating circulation and improving nerve and blood supply throughout the entire body.

MASSAGE
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD):
Vodder method - a gentle, specialized massage technique developed to stimulate lymphatic fluid movement, reduce swelling, and boost immunity. It uses light, rhythmic, circular strokes to stretch the skin and increase lymph vessel contractions, often used to treat lymphedema, chronic inflammation, and post-surgical edema.
Oncology Massage:
A specialized, gentle form of massage therapy designed to safely support people living with cancer or undergoing treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. It helps manage symptoms such as pain, anxiety, fatigue, nausea, and insomnia by using modified, light-pressure techniques tailored to the individual's condition and immune status.
Swedish Massage:
Manipulation of soft tissues which helps the body release tension, reduce pain, relax, and heal.
REIKI
Reiki means "universal life energy."
It is an ancient healing method
that promotes flow in the energy force in and around the body.
In this integrative health approach,
the practitioner places
their hands either over the body,
or sometimes lightly touching
the body to facilitate the body's own natural healing ability.

MEDITATION
Meditation is not so much about emptying your mind as it is about training the mind.
Through breath work, mantras, chanting, walking, gardening, and many other types of movement, we can calm our thoughts and bring a sense of order and peace into our beingness.
